Kenneth Burman, MD, has decades of experience in researching and treating the full range of pituitary disorders. He specializes in pituitary endocrinology with expertise in treating thyroid cancer and other thyroid conditions. Dr. Burman leads the endocrinology team at the MedStar Pituitary Center.
Dr. Burman conducts some of the latest pituitary disease research, investigating better ways to treat pituitary tumors. Along with his team, he's committed to delivering the most effective care possible. Dr. Burman's research is essential to advancing the future of treatments for pituitary disorders.
A retired Army colonel, Dr. Burman is a professor of medicine at Georgetown University and director of the Endocrinology Fellowship Program at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
